M&V GARDEN ROOMS

We were recommended to M V Group Ltd as we wanted to build a garden room which would take advantage of the amazing views we are fortunate to have. Our issue was that we are on a steep slope and many ‘off the shelf’ garden rooms just didn’t fit our brief. We felt we had to fit in and compromise with what product was being offered. We wanted something more bespoke which would fit in perfectly to the setting.

From the outset, we were impressed with the professionalism and service received. First, a site visit and in-depth discussion where Phil took the time to get the feel of the setting and explore what could be achieved. He asked about what we would use our room for. He offered us the benefit of his experience and made some helpful suggestions that we hadn’t considered.

Next came the design, which was professionally presented showing clear dimensions and an explanation of how the gradient could be used as a positive feature of the project with an ingenious solution to achieve a level foundation. We discussed the materials we wanted and we were soon ready for the build.

Phil took care of everything including electrical installation, interior decoration and flooring.

He oversaw the work and everything was completed to a high standard using quality materials.

We included a lovely decked area, safely enclosed with a stunning glass balustrade to maximise the panoramic views over the surrounding landscape. We also made the most of the space under the building by enclosing it for storing away garden furniture. It really is a multipurpose space.

The end result far exceeded our expectations and was extremely good value for money when we compared it to other alternatives. We love our Garden Room and it has enhanced our lifestyle and given us a perfect place to relax and unwind all year round!
